CHEN Ying Jie, born in 1971.From 2008 to 2010 he took office as the Chief Officer of Animation Department of SMG, managed and produced a number of animation films in which <The Happy Goat> series took the nation by storm.  

As a movie producer, he was awarded Best Long Animation Film by China Film Huabiao Awards, Best Long Animation Film by Golden Dragon Awards, Best Long Animation Film by Shanghai Television Festival Awards and YiEn Movie Industry Awards by Shanghai Movie Festival in 2010.From 2010 to 2014, he co-founded the Mr. Cartoon Movie Company, a company professionally produce films aimed at children and family. He held a post as the Chief Operations Director, then the General manager, by investing in dozens of films such as “Bonnie Bears”, “I love the Grey Wolf”, “BaLaLa Little Fairy” etc, initiated the collaboration between the diversification of the animation industry and the adaptation of films, broke the many of the animation film box office records and was named the Golden Trader of Chinese family films. In April 2014, he joined Tencent Technology Limited, took office as the Content and Copyright Assistant General Manager of the Interactive Entertainment Enterprise Department and in charge of movie investments.
