1968 – 1973 worked as a film projectonist in the army

1973- 1992 held a post in Shanghai Huangpu District Film Management Station, Shanghai Huangpu District Culture Department, The Great Shanghai Movie Theatre

1993 - 2002 took office as Vice General Manager in Yong Le Stock Shanghai Film Publishing Company.

Up to now, he play a role as Vice General Manager in Time Jin Dian Theatre Chain, which are going in for film distribution and motion picture projection in Film Industry Terminal.

Recently, he wrote 3 dissertations, all of them get the prize of The Golden Rooster Hundred Flowers Film Festival.
