In 2016, jointly organized by China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF) and International Education Alliance for Creative Industries (IEACI), CICAF XTalents is a communication platform specially designed for the communication between well-known animation, comics, game, film and related enterprises, schools and the professional practitioners in animation, comics, game and related fields, oversea returnees, graduates, interns, and etc.

It aims at establishing benign mutual understanding between the super human beings with international visions and the related universities and enterprises by various forms of interaction and communication, solving the problem of asymmetric demands of talents and enterprises, enhancing the cross-border cooperation between government, industry, academy, research and business, promoting the benign development of the animation and cartoon industry.
