International Cartoon & Animation Festivals Hangzhou Summit, a biennial event held every even year, is embracing its 6th grand opening on April 29, 2016. This year witnesses a historic breakthrough --- Hangzhou Summit unites 6 continents: Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania, all together 15 international animation festivals (associations). Moreover, CICAF will sign the Mutual Cooperation Agreement with 9 international festivals among them and bring Chinese domestic animation to the whole world.
