第十四届中国国际动漫节以“国际动漫·美丽杭州”为主题,举办会展、 论坛、商务、赛事和活动五大版块共计 55 项活动,各项主要活动取得圆满成 功。本届动漫节共吸引 85 个国家和地区参与,2641 家中外企业机构、5760 多名客商展商和专业观众参展,参会、参与国家和地区数再创新高。

The 14th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF), themed with “International Animation,·Beautiful Hangzhou”, achieved brilliant success by hosting 55 activities in the five major sectors of exhibitions, forums, business, events and activities. It attracted 2,641 Chinese and foreign companies and institutions, and 5,760 exhibitors and professional audience from 85 countries and regions, a record high.

 

相比往年,本届动漫节人气更胜一筹,截至 5 月 1 日的初步统计,共 有 143.35 万人次参加了动漫节各项活动,其中主会场 36.28 万人次。单 日观展人数创新高,达到 11.1 万人次。动漫节实际成交及达成签约交 易、意向合作项目 1291 项,涉及金额 138.35 亿元,动漫节消费涉及金额24.86 亿元,总计 163.21 亿元。 

Compared with the previous sessions, the festival this year was more popular. According to the preliminary statistics as of May 1, a total of 1.4335 million people participated in the animation festival activities, including 362,800 visited the main venue. The number of single-day visitors reached a new high of 111,000. They signed contracts or cooperation intentions for 1,291 projects, to the value of 13.835 billion yuan, and the animation festival consumption involved 2.486 billion yuan, totaling 16.321 billion yuan.

 

整体而言,第十四届中国国际动漫节在办展规模、参与人数、交易金额、节展效益各项指标再创历史新高。

As a whole, the 14th CICAF exhibition created record high in terms of the scale of exhibition, number of participants, amount of transaction, and economic benefits.

在国际动画联盟杭州峰会,国国际动漫节作为东道主,与 11 个境外动 画节签署了《国际动画联盟杭州议定书》,并向境外动画节展组织颁发了 友好合作节展证书。根据议定书,中国国际动漫节将与各境外节展方在 人员互访、展位、手册广告、网站 LOGO 及展映等方面继续互惠互换合作。 

At the Hangzhou Summit of the International Animation Alliance, CICAF, as the host, signed the Hangzhou Protocol of International Animation Alliance with 11 foreign animation festival organizers, and issued certificates of friendly cooperation festivals and exhibitions to the overseas animation festival and exhibition organizations. According to the protocol, CICAF will continue mutually beneficial exchange cooperation with overseas festival exhibition organizers in terms of exchange visits, booths, brochure ads, website LOGO and exhibition.

 

在 4 月 28 日举行的“中国动漫博物馆经典藏品全球征集再出发”活动 中,收到中国、美国、法国、日本、荷兰、波兰等国际动漫大师及专家学者捐赠 的经典藏品 200 余幅。国际资深动漫专家、美籍华人赵泽修先生此前向中 国动漫博物馆捐赠了全球首部彩色动画长片《白雪公主》的背景原画、全球 知名卡通形象唐老鸭、米老鼠赛璐璐片等珍贵藏品,此次,他更将毕生收藏 的千余幅经典动漫藏品捐赠给中国动漫博物馆。法国资深动漫专家纪可梅 女士收藏了中国 90%以上的经典动画电影资料,被誉为“全球研究中国动漫 第一人”,她把中国第一部长篇动画电影《铁扇公主》的绝版电影拷贝,以及中国动画创始人万氏兄弟的绝版影像资料捐赠给中国动漫博物馆。 

In the "China Animation Museum Global Re-solicitation of Classic Collections" activity, held on April 28, CICAF received over 200 classic collections donated by international animation masters, experts and scholars from China, the United States, France, Japan, the Netherlands and Poland. Zhao Zexiu, a senior international animation expert, and a Chinese American, previously donated precious collections of the background paintings of the world's first color animated feature film Snow White, and celluloid films of the world famous cartoon characters Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse to China Animation Museum. This time, he donated his lifetime collection of more than 1,000 classic anime collections to China Animation Museum. Marie-Claire Kuo Quiquemelle, a senior French animation expert, collected more than 90% of China's classic animated films, and known as "the first person in the world to study Chinese animation". She donated a copy of China's out-of-print first feature-length animated film Princess Iron Fan, as well as out-of-print video materials from Chinese animation founder Wan's brothers to the China Animation Museum.

 

加拿大驻沪总领事馆、捷克动画电影公司、日本漫画文化振兴机构、韩国文化产业振兴院、马来西亚数字经济公司等 5 个国家分别牵头组织了 各自的企业机构组团参加本届动漫节,寻求与中国企业的合作商机。

Consulate General of Canada in Shanghai、Czech animation film co., Ltd.、Japanese Cartoon Culture Revitalization Agency、Korean Cultural Industry Revitalization Institute、Malaysia digital economy co., Ltd. took the lead in organizing business institutions of their countries to participate in this animation festival, seeking business opportunities with Chinese enterprises.

在今年的动漫高峰论坛主论坛会上,央视财经频道主持人陈伟鸿问 到,早年中国电视动画播放时长有 26 万分钟,全世界最长。但今年的最新 资料,变成 10 多万分钟,面对这样的减量,杭州动漫产业有怎样的定位?

At this year's main animation summit forum, CCTV Financial Channel host Chen Weihong asked that in the early years, Chinese TV animation programs played 260,000 minutes, the longest in the world, but this year's latest data showed they turned into only more than 100,000 minutes. In the face of such a reduction, how would Hangzhou animation industry position itself?

 

杭州市委宣传部副部长、中国国际动漫节执委会秘书长卓超认为,从 宏观层面上看,我国经济近几年也从高速发展向高质量发展转变。动漫 产业也是一样,内容供给侧也要坚持质量第一。因此,量的减少并不需要 担忧,实际上是一件好事情。从杭州动漫产业发展来看,2011 年到现在, 经历了年动画产量由 3.8 万分钟的最高峰到现在基本稳定在 1 万分钟的转 变。事实上,近几年杭州动漫产业的扶持政策和方向注重 3 个转变——第 一是注重从量的考核向质的提升转变;第二是注重从传统渠道向互联网 渠道转变;第三是注重从国内平台向国内、国外平台两手抓的方向转变。 现在杭州市动漫产业政策是定位成做优做强。

Zhuo Chao, deputy head of the publicity department of Hangzhou municipal Party committee, and Secretary General of CICAF Executive Committee, believed that, from the macro perspective, the Chinese economy has changed from high speed development to high quality development in recent years. So is the animation industry. The content supply side should also put quality first. As a result, there is no need to worry about the decline in quantity. It is actually a good thing. Judging from the development of the animation industry in Hangzhou, from 2011 to the present, it has experienced the transition from the annual animation production peak of 38,000 minutes to the present basically stabilized at 10, 000 minutes. In fact, in recent years, Hangzhou has stressed three changes in animation industry support policies and directions. The first is to focus on the change from quantitative assessment to qualitative improvement. The second is to change from the traditional channel to the Internet channel. The third is to focus on the transformation from the domestic platform to both domestic and foreign platforms. Hangzhou animation industry policy is now positioned to make it better and stronger.

 

同时,中国国际动漫节节展办还与阿里巴巴签订战略合作,把互联网 和动漫节紧紧联系在一起。建立新时代动漫产业的“杭州模式”,政企合 作、整合资源,为全国动漫优秀企业提供落户杭州的便利,给予相应政策 支持,通过阿里巴巴大数据分析线上线下人群和交易数据,共同发布中国 动漫产业白皮书。

Meanwhile, the CICAF office also signed strategic cooperation with Alibaba to link the Internet and the animation festival closely, establish a "Hangzhou model" for the animation industry in the new era, facilitate cooperation between the government and enterprises, integrate resources, provide convenience and corresponding policy support for the country’s excellent animation enterprises to settle in Hangzhou. Through the Alibaba big data, they are to analyze online and offline population and transaction data, and jointly release China's animation industry white paper.

本届动漫节着力打造城市动漫特色 文化,继今年推出动漫地铁站、动漫地 铁专列、动漫城市家居等系列主题工作 后, 动漫节 首 次 开 通 了 动漫公交专线 , 外观抢眼的动漫公交“大黄车”共有 20 多辆,它们承担着动漫节期间白马湖主 会 场 与 武 林 广 场 间 的 接 驳 任 务 。“ 大黄车”在装饰上涵盖了各种动漫主题—— 主体的黄色是动漫节的经典主题色,车 内可以看到动漫节吉祥物乐乐、腾讯企 鹅、淘宝小刺猬等众多人们熟知的动漫 形象。而且“大黄车”并非只在动漫节 期间营运,动漫节结束后,动漫公交将 加 入 51路 、 52路 等 两 条 围 绕 西 湖 运 行 公 交 路 线 的 班车 中 , 把 动 漫 带 到 西 湖边。

This animation festival focused on creating a characteristic city animation culture. Following the introduction of this year's series of thematic works, such as the animation subway station, animation subway train, animation city home, CICAF the animation bus line for the first time. Over 20 eye-catching cartoon “big yellow buses" undertook the shuttle service between the White Horse Lake main venue and Wulin Square during the animation festival. The “big yellow buses” are decorated with a variety of animation themes -- the yellow color of the main body is full of familiar animation images of the animation festival mascots Lele, Tencent penguin and Taobao hedgehog inside. The “big yellow buses” will not operate only during the animation festival. After the animation festival, the animation buses will join the No. 51 and No. 52 bus lines around the West Lake,to bring animation to the West Lake.

The pavilion brought together Tencent, NetEase, Electronic Soul, Kingsoft Season Game Studio and other well-known enterprises to display their latest e-sports projects and game products, warming up and creating an atmosphere in advance for the E-sports Game Summit in Hangzhou in the second half of this year.

产业博览会吸引了246 家国内外企 业参展。腾讯、阿里、网易、B站、快看漫画等国内知名互联网平台首次同台 参展亮相,央视动画、中南卡通、玄机科技、 电魂网络 、 深圳华强、 西山居、磨铁图书等国内优秀动漫游戏企业齐集 一堂。小猪佩奇、熊本熊、乐高、星球 大战等 350 个中外动漫品牌与形象参展。

CICAF attracted 246 domestic and foreign companies to participate in the exhibition. The 14th CICAF was attended by animation compaies, institutions and universities from 85 countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, France, Britain, Canada, Republic of Korea, Czech and Malaysia.

 

Record high of 111,000 daily visits

The animation festival was visited by 1.43 million people for all activities. The main venue received 362,800 people. The daily visitors amounted to as many as 111,000 people.

 

16.321 billion yuan

The animation festival had 1,291 projects signed or reaching cooperation intentions, to the value of 13.835 billion yuan, and consumption in the animation festival involved 2.486 billion yuan, totaling 16.321 billion yuan.

 

246 companies attending the exhibition

Famous Chinese internet platforms including Tencent, Ali, NetEase and Bilibili, and excellent animation game enterprises, including CCTV Animation, Zoland, Sparkly Key Animation Studio, Electronic Soul, Shenzhen Huaqiang, Kingsoft Season Game Studio, Motie, gathered together in CICAF.

 

350 animation brands and images shown in the exhibition

They included 89 foreign brands and images from 17 countries and regions, including Peppa Pig, Kumamon, Lego and Star Wars. Foreign renowned animation brands amounted to 25 percent of the total.

 

Over 200 classic collections

In the "China Animation Museum Global Re-solicitation of Classic Collections" activity, CICAF received over 200 classic collections donated by international animation masters, experts and scholars from China, the United States, France, Japan, the Netherlands and Poland. They included the background paintings of the world's first color animated feature film Snow White, a copy of China's out-of-print first feature-length animated film Princess Iron Fan, and out-of-print video materials from Chinese animation founder Wan's brothers.

 

40,000 children animation works

The International Children Animation Contest comprised five overseas competition areas, receiving over 40,000 works from more than 30 countries.

 

7 international divisions

China Cosplay Super Show is the first Chinese competition to have international divisions. This year, it had seven international divisions in Austria, France, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland and Hungary respectively. A total of 28 foreign players entered the finals.

 

389 international cooperation intentions

The iABC hosted 22 special sessions, participated by 1,218 companies and 1,896 registered businesspeople. According to preliminary statistics, the participants reached nearly 1,000 cooperation intentions at the scene, including 389 international cooperation intentions.

 

80.45% electronic tickets

This animation festival promoted the electronic tickets in an all-round way for the first time. About 80.45% of the e-tickets were sold on mobile terminals. It was the first succesful case in Zhejiang province to adopt e-tickets in large activities with more than 100,000 participants.

 

110 million reports 

Sina News covered the event via 24 local stations across the country. Sina Weibo made a total of 110 million reports via subject promotion. The official account readings exceeded 25 million. The animal festival also boarded the Weibo most popular search list.

 

121 domestic and overseas media

The animation festival was covered by 121 domestic and overseas media including the People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, AP, Asahi Shimbun, Yomiuri Shimbun, Phoenix Satellite TV and Ta Kung Pao, as well as 68 influential We Media official accounts.
