2006 International Cartoon & Animation Alliance Hangzhou Summit

In the 2nd CICAF 2006, Hangzhou first advocated the establishment of International Cartoon & Animation Alliance Hangzhou Summit. The Summit invited 9 representatives from world-renowned animation festival organizations and jointly signed “MOU”. It is agreed that a Summit will be held in Hangzhou every two years. As a professional project of CICAF, Hangzhou Summit will build a bridge and access for Chinese animation to “going out”.
