2012 International Cartoon & Animation Alliance Hangzhou Summit

In 2012, the 4th International Cartoon & Animation Alliance Hangzhou Summit was successfully held on the afternoon of April 28 at Zhejiang Cultural Creative Park Phoenix Creative International. Different from the past, this Summit adopted the form of closed-door discussion. Only a small number of media were invited to participate in the full report to ensure the orderly conduct of the meeting and the thorough discussion. After the meeting, all international animation festivals jointly signed the "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU).

The international organizations present are: Association Internationale du Film d'Animation (ASIFA), World Festival of Animated Film - ANIMAFEST ZAGREB （ANIMAFEST）, Ottawa International Animation Festival (OIAF), Kecskemet Animation Film Festival （KAFF）, Athens ANIMFEST (European Animation Center), Future Film Festival (FFF), Auckland Film & Animation Association, Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival (SICAF), Bucheon International Animation Festival（BIAF）, Asia Content & Entertainment Fair Gwangju (ACF Fair), Hong Kong Cartoon and Animation Federation (HKCAF), and Chinese Animation & Comic Publishers Association, etc..
